Thanks for your support on this. It really is highly offensive. I know whose blog to go to if I want to see X rated content. To have it in the avi takes away my freedom to choose when and where this kind of thing is viewed. If at all.

31: How about this: X-Rated stumblers get a generic small avatar (click through and you get the real one medium-sized and large).

Alternatively, an "offensive avatar" button would trigger the small avi being replaced independently of their blog's rating (many X-rated stumblers have a pleasant avi). You'd need to ask for your avi to be reviewed to get this cancelled; it's not enough to upload a new one per se.
